What is an Infra Red Sauna?
Infra red saunas use light to make heat instead of a heater to warm the air. Infrared saunas heat your body directly with light waves on the EMF spectrum instead of the air. Many studies have shown that infrared saunas can be used to treat health problems like: high blood pressure, heart failure, dementia, diabetes, and arthritis. However, these were small studies and more research is still needed to confirm the benefits of infra red saunas.
