At Fresh Home Spa, we understand that receiving your home spa equipment promptly is important to you. Our shipping timeframe is typically 3-7 business days, after handling, depending on the product you order. For a more detailed estimate, please refer to the shipping information provided on each product page. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time. If you have any questions regarding your order’s status, our customer service team is here to help.

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not delivered as described, or defective, reach out and we will fix it ASAP.

For other returns, our policy is straightforward:

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 14 days for products that are unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of your request. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
• Refunds: Buyer pays for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Canceled Orders: Orders can only be cancelled prior to processing. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process that protects both your interests and our commitment to quality.
